Our team is dedicated to provide you with the best in patient care and deliver outstanding results. Many of our staff members have worked here for years. We have a wonderful camaraderie with each other and our patients.

Mari, Dental Hygienist/Office Manager

Mari has 30 years of experience in dentistry and has been working with her husband, Dr. Ragnell, for over 20 years. She holds an Associate’s of Applied Science degree and belongs to the American Dental Hygienist Association. Mari loves the flexibility afforded by her vast experience and enjoys helping out around the office wherever she is needed. Being part of a supportive team that strives to maintain a positive work environment makes coming to the office a pleasure for Mari.

Married for over 20 years, Mari and Dr. Ragnell have two boys, Jordan and Ryan. Jordan attends UTD and has a passion for cars, and Ryan attends Parish Episcopal School. Ryan’s extracurricular activities include football and track and field. In her spare time, Mari volunteers with the Women’s Auxiliary and Genesis Women’s Shelter. She also likes reading, spending time with good friends, snow skiing, and traveling as often as time allows.

Deborah, Registered Dental Hygienist, B.S.

Deborah has been a dental hygienist since 1998 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Woman’s University.  As a friendly member of the team, she considers Dr. Ragnell, co-workers and her patients an extended part of her family. Patients enjoy coming to see Deborah with her warm and caring touch. She makes dental visits informative and fun!

Ade (Ah-they), Insurance Coordinator

Ade has been part of our team since 2006. She loves working for a doctor who is so eager and excited about teaching others the intricacies and terminology of Dentistry. Coming to work is always a fun and educational experience and Ade takes pride in knowing that she has a role in helping people improve their smile. Ade was raised in Chicago and came to Dallas in 2004. She and her husband Joe have a beautiful daughter Gabriella who is in kindergarten. When she is not helping our patients, Ade enjoys reading inspirational books and spending time with her family watching OU football games!

Diana, Certified Dental Assistant

Diana joined our team in November of 2010 and has extensive dental experience. She's a pro at making our patients comfortable and takes the time to educate each one. She loves the friendly and warm atmosphere of our practice and takes every opportunity to learn from our talented team. Diana is from Wichita Falls and has been living in Plano for the last 4 1/2 years and loves it here. She is married to her wonderful husband, Daniel. When not in the office she and Daniel enjoy movies, trying new restaurants, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Now expecting their first baby in March of 2012. They are getting super excited and anxious to meet their bundle of joy!
