Your First Visit

When you arrive at our Plano dental office, you’ll be greeted by our friendly, professional team. We encourage you to look around our office, soak in the atmosphere, and observe the amenities we provide.

During your appointment, you’ll talk to Dr. Ragnell, discuss the reasons for your visit, convey your expectations, and ask questions. Then, Dr. Ragnell will evaluate your smile. Your comprehensive exam will include intraoral and extraoral pictures and an oral cancer screening. Afterward, we’ll discuss your options. Dr. Ragnell may suggest a follow-up consultation to further discuss findings and treatments. Together, we’ll help you discover if the dental procedure(s) you’re considering are right for your smile.

We’re committed to make your visits easy and efficient. We’ve made our new patients forms available online to speed your time at check-in. Please download and complete the forms, then bring them to your appointment.

• NEW PATIENT QUESTIONAIRES – If you’re a new patient, and you already have an appointment scheduled please use this link to register with our practice before your first visit. You may also submit insurance forms, if applicable. If you prefer, you may print the forms, fill them out at your convenience, and then fax or mail them to our office prior to your appointment. Please be sure to schedule your appointment with our office before filling out these forms.

• PATIENT LOGIN - Current patients are given a username and password to access their account information online. You can check your balance, view the status of insurance claims, make payments, and more.

Financial & Insurance Information

As payment for services, our office accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We accept dental insurance and will file your claim on your behalf as a courtesy. Financing is available through CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, and Springstone Financial. These companies offer low- and no-interest payment plans to make dental treatments fit easily within your budget.
